The spring bar connector for the big Apple Watches, and Ultra, lets you use straps from your collection, or choose the best strap for your style of comfort or use case. Perfect fit in the watch case, with good matte steel finish, colour, and quality 1.8mm springbars. The loopy cloth (Alpine Loop) Apple Ultra strap is comfortable at first but eventually the edges irritated my skin every day, and the strap felt claustrophobic. Meanwhile I had a 20mm Isofrane strap I wasn't using, and Isofrane straps have never irritated the skin, are better ventilated, more comfortable, and don't get saturated in the wet. Much better.

It does what I needed so I'm good with it. You can see from my pic there's a little overage where it attaches to the watch itself, so it''s not a perfect fit for my Series 8 45mm Watch. It functions and I believe my recovery from being a perfectionist is near completion. (Who looks that closely anyways)

My watch band had started to get loose on my Apple Watch. That is, one side of the band would start to slip sideways out of the slot on the bottom of the watch, where it attaches. I realized the problem was that the connector bar had insufficient spring tension on the pads - the little pads that are supposed to cause enough friction to keep the band in place. So I was able to replace that connector bar with one of these, and the problem is fixed. The included tool is really helpful for changing out the connector bar. as you can see in the maker's photos, there's a spring bar attaching the connector bar to the band (like most other watch bands). When you compress the spring bar lengthwise, its no longer long enough to hold the band and bar together. so they seperate. Once it's apart, you can put the spring bar through the slot on the new connector bar and stick one end into the band. Then, compress the bar so you can snap the other end of the band onto the connector bar, and you're done! Sorry if this is confusing; it's simpler to do it than to explain. Please check youtube for a video and you'll understand immediately what to do.

This is a great product. It fits the rails on my 45mm Apple watch perfectly, flush with the body of the watch. It makes any watch band of the right width work on your Apple watch so you can customize endlessly without having to overpay for Apple's overpriced watch bands. They include spare pins and a tool so that you can switch the bands out. At <$12, I'm very happy with this.

This adapter set was perfect for using some of my old standard watch straps with my apple watch. It fit my series 7 watch perfectly as well as my watch straps. Very useful in expanding my watch strap options!

I prefer the type with a split bar and screws. It is easier for me. I am still trying to master using the included tool. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with this set. I think it is expensive compared to others as you only get one pair.

One of the benefits of Apple watches are that they are backwards compatible and there are tons of options. Even still, there are so many watch bands that I have for my traditional watch that I wished I could slap on my Apple watch and this product makes it possible. I have several 20mm watch bands and with these connectors, I am able to use them all. Just make sure you choose the right connector size for the bands that you want to place these on, and you are good to go. Highly recommend.

I'm reviewing "Watch Band Connector Spring Bar Watch Strap Connector Adapter Stainless Steel Watch Band Adapter Replaceable Metal Connection Adapter with Replacement Tool for Apple Watch Band (16-26mm), Apple Watch Band Connector for iWatch Series 9-1 SE Ultra (38-49mm), Black / Silver / Starlight / Titanium Color" which I received via the VINE program. I like to make scrunchie Apple watch bands for myself. Being able to buy the stand alone connectors makes it much easier than having to cannibalize a watch band I'm no longer using. This one connects to my Apple Watch Series 7 without any issues and detaches as easily. The included tool allows me to compress the pin and add my DIY band very quickly and easily. The silver color I got matches and looks very nice with my Apple watch.
