These work very well to keep my feet warm. I like that they do not need an app to function like some other brands. HOWEVER.. I must have gotten a defective Right Foot sock. The sock itself still heats and function was it should when you tell it to, but the right sock will randomly turn itself on. I can turn the socks off both with the app and without but when the socks are off, the Right sock and ONLY the right sock will randomly turn on when not told to.. Its a big nuisance since this kills the battery faster and also gets my foot hot when i dont want it to.. I purchased the same pair at the same time, in a different size for my son and his both work fine. No "Auto On" function on his sock.. I bought this to prepare for my trip to Washington DC after I hear it would be way colder there. This socks works pretty well that it made my toe very warm and I can control the temperature with the app. The only problem is that it is only the toe that become warm, not other regions. Well made pair of socks with good heated app control. Has multiple layers of heat and you connect to the socks by Bluetooth and downloading an app from the Play store. Also has a quick heat setting which is nice for getting the socks warm fast.

Packaging is good and if you are thinking of giving this out as a gift, it is with its nice packaging The socks if below the knee and if you have more muscular or bigger calves then get one size bigger than your normal size. And don't wear tight pants as the battery will be very noticeable The socks look nice and well made, the keep the warm even at number "1" level For the usage, press the square icon and cycle it to choose the intensity. And then long press to turn it OFF And don't forget to use the laundry bag it came with which is a nice touch. In case you need to wash it.
