These are amazing! I bought them for my 18 year old dog who is having pee pee and poopy accidents on her sleeping mat daily. She refuses to do her business outside. I was using disposable pads with towels on top. That worked, but I was washing towels and throwing out pads twice a day. After going through 140 disposable pads, I decided to try these. They are completely absorbent. No wetness underneath. Because they have two layers, they're slightly heavy, so they stay in place on my dog's sleeping mat. I wash them in warm water and hang over my ironing board to dry. They're dry within a few hours. I've only been using them for a week so I can't report on durability, but they're holding their shape and the fabric is smooth and not pilling. Totally worth the money. This might gross some people out, but I think they're somewhat resistant to poop too. When I pick up her poop with a paper towel, I don't see a poop stain or residue. It was completely different with paper pads and towels. The pad is white but I can't even tell she pooped on it. So, unless she pees on it too, I wait to wash it another day. I'm aware that's not sanitary but if it doesn't smell or show any residue, it saves me from constant washing. Occasionally, she'll have a loose poop and I'll wash it immediately. I should win a prize for how many times I can use the word poop in a paragraph. :)

Wanted to do a shout out. I bought 8 of these 2 years ago. I have a Great Dane who has lost her bladder so these have been washed everyday for 2 years and still look and work great. Good job. Nice to get a quality product.

I use these as puppy pads and they work great, on the floor, in a crate. Regular disposable pads are costly and messy. These washable pads are easy to hose off then I throw them in the washing machine. They take very little time to dry.

I have a dog that’s been pee pad trained since a puppy. He’s a Pom, and usually goes outside, but he will go on his pee pads if he really needs to. But then he had stones in his bladder. He had them twice and had two surgeries for them. But the second time and they found so much scare tissue from the last surgery in his bladder, they had to remove some of his bladder. So, now his bladder is smaller and he has to go more often. Since then, he will use pee pads more especially at night or if we are away too long. These washable pads are a life saver and so well made and wash up very nicely! I even throw them in the dryer and they come out looking like new every time. I was going through many disposable pee pads which are so expensive ( and going up in price all the time) and not good for the environment. So, I heard about reusable pee pads and researched and looked and liked these the best, so I bought them. Boy, I’m glad I did! I love the fact that they’re white, so I can see if there is blood in his urine! They look just like the disposable ones I buy, so my dog isn’t leery about using them at all. But that’s not the best of it! The pee goes away like. The more it sits, it gets like dry on the top again, and everything is held inside, and the top gets dry! He can pee over and over on it many times if we’re not home and if it sits long enough, it’s dry on the top for him again and not really wet. He doesn’t like getting his paws wet;-) AND there is no smell. The disposable ones do still smell if they sit at all, while these don’t! I was so surprised at all this, it was like magic! I bought a package of four and that was perfect for me, because I wash clothes often. And if you have a large dog that pees more, just put an extra rinse cycle on and you’ll be fine. I haven’t had my washer smell at all! But, boy this can save you some real money! Plus, your doing the environment a favor. I wish I knew about these years ago!!! If I could give this product 10 stars I would. Also, very fast shipping, too.

I use these for an incontinent pet who urinates a lot. These are good pads when they are new - they don't leak much even with heavy wetting. They clean up well and don't hold smell or stains. I use them *very* heavily, wash each pad about every 1-2 days. With this kind of use these pads started to come apart after about 4 months, and it was more than one of them that is breaking down - so not just a fluke. The inner liner is ripped away from the edge and lets the urine soak right through. I might try to resew the inner liners back into the pad - I don't know if it's worth doing. I'm not trying to complain. The way I'm using these is a abnormal circumstance, I know. But overall, if anyone wants to know - you get about 100 washes from these before they are toast. How that compares to other pads, I'm not sure. Would I buy them again? Well, the disposable ones are about $30/100pads and I got a total of about 600 uses (6padsx100washes)out of these, nevermind the environmental waste that disposable is. Add in costs to wash and time/effort. So these are still probably a better deal than disposable.

This is great if you have two little doggies that are strictly indoors. One of our little doggies is especially shy when it comes to dropping a deuce out in our lawn. She likes to be private and likes to drop it hot on pads. I tried looking for the same pads that we currently have, but couldn't find 'em. Saw these and looked at the item description and it seemed like it was close to the ones we have so I bought 'em. The size is decent and the quantity is good. I got the 6-pack option. These absorb dog piss really well and it doesn't penetrate beneath the pad so anything underneath is protected. As long as your doggies piss in the middle of the pad or anywhere within the perimeter of the pad then you're good. Same goes with dog poop. Heck, it can even handle dog with diarrhea. It's like when crap hits the fan. These pads can handle them. Oh and they are machine washable too! Just load 'em in the washing machine and make sure you add any additional fresheners or OxyClean sanitizers. Use hot water and set the soil setting to max. These will come clean and ready to go inside the dryer. Our doggies love 'em and they give it two paws up.
