This is the third body pillow cover I've ordered and this one is finally the right shade of "grey." It's a warm heather grey that coordinates with my blush, grey and taupe bedding. I use the body pillow as a decorative bolster at the headboard;. So, no need to wash the cover first. After ironing it to remove the wrinkles, I stuffed my 20" x 54" pillow into it. By the time I was done, new wrinkles had appeared, ha! Because the fabric is slick, the cover goes on the pillow with relative ease. Also, It features an envelope closure, which I prefer over a zippered end for two reasons: 1) It allows for a larger opening to squeeze the pillow in; 2) zippers are delicate and break [I've torn a zipper on a cover that was fairly new and had to throw it out]. The stitching is tight and neat. The fabric is silky smooth without being too shiny. Very satisfied with this purchase.

First, don’t let the reviews that say “these don’t cool” deter you, of course they’re not going to have a cooling activation attached. The material just doesn’t hold the heat in from your skin, pillow, body pillow, etc. I’m 63, still have hot flashes & night sweats…so for me to not wake up once during the night because I had to keep turning my pillow over, was awesome! The feel is smooth, wrinkles some but who cares, I’m not expecting visitors at 3 am. Again, “cooling” here imo means these allow the heat to escape and stays a nice consistent “non temperature” for lack of a better word. I slept nicely and my pillows never got hot. The envelope closure is a nice touch. And what a bargain! I got the brown which is more of a khaki which is even better because they match my bed skirt perfectly, the color on the ad was not misleading, I could tell it would match but I’m saying brown is not a dark brown. The greatness of Amazon is if you don’t like these, send them back, or for this price use for a guest room! Bamboo in any bedding is great. They washed well, I washed on cold then dried for a short time on medium. Perfect! Several pretty colors, I had to match…. I may get a nice pretty color next, just to have a 2nd pair.

This is well-made and cool to the touch. But the pillow it fits, I bought from Sam's Club is too big to place your knee across comfortably to sleep for me, a 5'8" man. I think it needs to lose about a third of the stuffing. Would not recommend for a smaller person as a body pillow. I place mine across top of bed and use it as a queen size width pillow. For that this, pillowcase if fine and fits this large body pillow

I go by reviews to purchase most items. This pillowcase for my new body pillow had very good reviews and made of what I wanted. So I purchased two. When I purchased the same body pillow for my stepdaughter, I purchased two more of these pillowcases to go with it. I hope she likes them as much as I do!
