I am going to keep this review short. It is a five star review with only one non 5 star comment. I know that don’t sound right but it’s the truth. This is another addition to my wife’s Christmas gifts this year. She reports that these guys fit her very well. Comfortable and warm. But the ugliest things she’s ever seen. As my head has been spinning a few days I finally took action. Because if that wasn’t a baited line coming from her, then my name ain’t ………………….. well it just ain’t. The solution and the hidden thing by Amazon is. There’s a few different colors and designs that all have one thing in common. They are ALL butt ugly!! But I explained that was intentional. They remind me of Eskimo shoes. I’ve never really seen any Eskimo outfits. But I went searching online and found that the real Eskimos were all grinning from ear to ear as they took turns peeping out of their igloo and watching polar bears, snow hares, and seals all freezing to solid ice as the others waited patiently for their demise and frozen corpses so they could eat em. Now the Eskimos patiently waited for their demise as sun to get high and bright so they could also harvest some of them and took em back to their igloos. At one point I saw one cute Eskimos gal point to the daily bounty. And if my Eskimos language was correct or close enough I think she was singing as they danced around the frozen critters with a little Eskimos jingle something like this: rooky rooky dead critter you shoulda all knowed! Yer feets will freeze in da ice an da snowed! Hope rest of da family will spend a few bucks! An buy em some ugly but warm metluks!!!!! Well my wife’s comments were tamed a little and she pointed out the color(s) of the ones she like the best. So her second place ugly will be the ‘gray uglies’. Gotta love it. I immediately ordered and asked if I should return the first pair. But they’re noted to be on the way soon. So the wife will be blessed with two ugly but warm pairs of metlucks. Something tells me I was just had! But very hard to complain when mama is rubbing your bald head and rubbing noses till I went to sleep. Seriously: they look FUN to me. And when she puts em on in the morning. A crazy mad musk ox couldn’t take em off. Def a five star winner. ... show more

It’s a 4 for me. Would be very comfortable if they fit but a tad too small for me. Usually stuff like this I fit an 8. But for this particular one I would need a nine to fit.

I've had these slippers for several months now and I love these slippers. Soft and warm perfect for lounging around in. Doesn't have a hard rubber bottom which is perfect as it is what I was needing. The bottom is not super thick but you can add your own insouls if extra support is needed. I purchased the 9-11 size and have a 9.5 to 10 foot in womens these fit nice and snug. I purchased several pair I wash weekly in a laundry bag and they wash well and do not shrink. They do tighten up a bit till you put them on for a few minutes but I think thats great. ... show more

I bought these because I have raynauds and must keep my feet warm in the winter. I was really struggling with other house shoes, some were slip ons, some were full shoes, etc., and this is the only pair that has consistently kept my feet warm regardless of temp.     • Mostly okay, but wish there was even more cushioning
UPDATE: The knit fabric just got hooked on a carrier latch and I almost fell. There was already a snag on the knit when I got it, and probably another snag now. But the greatest concern now is safety. I can only wear these slippers when I don't need to move around, and that's not practical. So I am back to looking for another pair. While they are attractive and fit very well, they do make my feet look huge. They are mostly warm and comfortable, but I wish they had more cushion on the sole. I sprained my ankle and my feet free so cold, and painful, so I wanted slippers that would make my feet feel warmer and provide a lot of padding all around my feet. While they are better than not wearing them, I still wish they were warmer. I am concerned about how they will look after a washing. But I will wear them while I look for another pair that has even more interior and sole cushioning because I understand it can take months to heal a sprain. ... show more
