I think these are perfect for men who are short and want swim trunks that aren't going past their knees or at the knees, but not so short that they're wearing a speedo. If you workout and want to show off your thighs and booty this would be the best option. We went with the small because we had previously ordered medium and they were a little bigger than we thought.
