i have high arches and need insoles if i want to walk without pain. you can't tell i have them with these on even though they're colored, which i was worried about. they're genuinely so nice -- flat, comfy, and a little bit of squish in the sole -- as i'm not often comfortable in sandals, and these help prevent my feet from sweating in the arizona heat. with black ankle socks and the all black combo, you can't tell they're mesh either, they just look textured (which is want i wanted!) but you can always pair with colored socks for a more fun look. definitely will be my go-to pair foe the summer. worth the money for sure. one note is that they do seem to run a bit on the larger side. i'm a size 7&1/2-8 in womens and i still find the 7&1/2 a bit roomy even with my insoles on. i would definitely suggest to size down by either half or a full size :)

I'm a giant fan of high tops in general, and these are no exception. I love that they are mostly made out of a soft mesh fabric, the tongue is made the same way, but there is rubber where you would expect rubber to be. I would say they are about as comfortable as normal high tops, as in not a ton of arch support, but good for walking around the house or going out and about, maybe not great for more physical activities like running or something where your foot is pounding the pavement. I tried these without socks first, because the description says you can wear them either way. First off, let me announce to the world that I'm not a big "any shoes without socks" kind of person. So this was very new to me. It was kind of weird, and I didn't really like it at first, but I sort of got used to it by the end of the attempt. The next time I wore them, I wore them with medium thickness socks, and I really liked that a lot more. I honestly couldn't tell they were mesh when I had socks on. When I was effectively barefoot, I wasn't so sure about how the mesh felt on my bare foot and ankle skin, let alone how stinky they could get if I started to sweat. With the socks on, I didn't have to worry about either issue, they just felt like a normal pair of high tops, that just looked pretty darn cool. I got a size 5.5, and I am a true size 5, but depending on the company I can wear up to a size 6, cause most places just don't make 5s. I was happy to find that this fit my foot perfectly, I didn't feel any slippage or sliding, the laces tied up just fine and the toes were in the right place (always a good sign). I'm really digging these mesh high tops, and I think they'll be my constant companion this summer. I'm interested to see what they do in water, if that will just ruin them, or if they're made for that kind of excursion.

These sneakers are really cute and have that classic Converse style that goes with so many outfits. I like that they have a mesh design which makes them feel lighter and more breathable, especially for summer. They do fit a little on the big side but not enough that I would exchange them. If you like a little extra room or plan to wear thicker socks, they should work fine. They feel comfortable right out of the box and the canvas material seems good quality for casual wear. Overall, I think they are a nice option if you want something stylish and easy to pair with anything!

These shoes are so fun! I didn’t get them to exercise in or to walk in them for miles, but to wear casually for fun and that precisely what they are made for. They are super cute on and lightweight and breathable, which will be nice in the summer. They’re pretty comfortable, but there’s not too much arch support (which can be easily fixed with insoles). As for fit, I got my usual size and they fit great. These are fun high tops!

Great shoes for my granddaughter, they are comfortable, flexible and pretty cute. Not much for arch support, but you can put in an insole. They may not last long, she's a growing girl, but for now, they are pretty awesome. The mesh sides will help stay cool in the summer.
