Love these but sizing is weird

I love these jeans! I have recently lost quite a bit of weight and none of my old jeans fit me anymore (I know, it's definitely not a bad problem to have lol) and I'm still currently losing weight so I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on jeans that might be too big in a couple months. But, I am still plus sized so I needed something that would actually fit an actual plus sized person, not the whole 5x and fits like an xl bs. And it's pretty terrifying buying something like jeans online, and I didn't really know for sure what size I was. I knew what sizes were too big, so I had an idea, and I just went with it. I bought the Galaxy in 24 long and the Jenna in 24. The Galaxy fit PERFECTLY. No muffin top, no bulge, just a perfectly fitting pair of jeans, and I gotta say that they really made my butt look good!! The Jenna though, they are pretty tight. I'm sure they'll loosen up, I can buckle them but there's definitely some muffin top going on there. So why are they different in size? Because one is long and one isn't? That doesn't make much sense. I'll still wear them both, especially because I am still losing weight so the Jenna's will fit before too long, it's just frustrating that you buy the same type of jeans in two different colors and they are two different sizes. Oh, well. I still love them and they still make my butt look great!

I ordered these for the first time from this company so I wasn't sure how they would fit. Well, I'm beyond happy and tickled Pink 🩷😊 about how they fit!! They fit extremely true to size, they have just the right amount of stretch and my butt looks fabulous 😍💛🧡 lol! I highly recommend them! I plan on ordering from this company again! Love the way they fit
Updating my review. First ordered these about a year ago and have ordered 8 more since. I love how these pants fit and feel and are now my go to jeans for everything. They last and are very good quality for how thin they feel. I've been wearing my first pair regularly for the past year and have not worn holes in them( chub rub is real with thick thighs). Typically my jeans last 6 months tops but these are still going strong. These fit perfectly around my curves. Ordering more asap. I'm 5ft 7in so I usually buy long jeans, these did seem a little to long but still comfortable and look great. Material seems a bit thin so I will update after wearing for a while.

I am a big girl, but I have smaller hips/butt. These fit better then most jeans made for larger women but still a little sag in the butt area, especially after they have been on for a while. Length is great, true 34inch inseam. Fits true to 24 plus size waist. They are really soft, and very comfortable.

I am forever trying to find jeans long enough for me, being 6'5" it is difficult. These jeans are the perfect length, not too long so they don't drag, but they just touch the top of my shoes while standing. The waist band is a little sharp against my skin so I have been tucking a Cami into the waistband until they are more broken in. I am very tall, with very wide hips and big thighs. The waist fits well while the legs are a bit wider than mine. These are very comfortable for outdoor activities.

4 pairs that are SO different from each other

I bought 4 pairs and I've had them all for about a quite some time. Betsy Legacy, Black, Jenna, Twinkle. All 4 are 24 Long. All 4 fit differently due to the difference in the waist sizes. I am 44yo, 5'9", 270lb. Currently in weight loss--have lost 50 lb so far. Holding off buying new jeans for maybe another 6 months. Here are my reviews: Betsy Legacy: about 2 inches larger in the waist than the smallest (Jenna). I bet i could have worn them at my highest weight--50 lbs ago. I should probably have returned and sized down, but I almost never return things. I can currently pull them on and off with the button and zipper done up. They are not super loose at the waist--just stretchy enough to pull off. They are more of a straight and semi-wide leg--less of a true bootcut that goes in at the knee and and out to make room for the boot. I do kind of wonder if i sized down, if they would look more like a boot-cut and less baggy. I like the wash, so i might decide to size down later. I don't really like them because they look baggy and wide-legged, but I wear them maybe once a week with a tighter shirt to maybe even it out? I don't know if it's working. Black: fit the same as Betsy Legacy. Waist is 2 inches larger than the smallest pair (Jenna). More wide-legged and baggy than a true boot-cut, but i wonder if i sized down if they would look more bootcut. I can pull them on and off while zipped/buttoned. They material isn't totally jean-like, more of a mix between slacks and jeans. The problem with this pair is that even after dozens of washes, they still have a super weird smell that they came with out of the box. It has not lessened at all. I wear them probably once a week--usually on the weekend. Jenna: Smallest pair for sure. I couldnt wear them until i had lost about 40 lbs. But I LOVE how they fit on my legs. Wide boot-cut that comes in the most at the knees---almost flare-like. They are a tiny bit tight at the waist on me still, but I'm proud that I can fit in them and they look super good. The zipper stopped working almost immediately once I lost enough weight that I could wear them. but I use a hair tie to hold it up. One of the two buttons popped off at the top, it wasn't sewn in very well. I absolutely should have returned them, but I still wear them once a week just because the zipper/button situation is annoying. But I'd wear them everyday if they worked properly. I should have returned them, but I'm just going to wait until I feel like I can size down. Twinkle: I wear these the most. Absolutely perfect fit. Had to wait for them to fit until I had lost about 20 lbs. And now after 50 lbs lost they fit absolutely perfectly--only slightly loose. The tiniest bit of baggie-ness. Not flare-like, like the Jenna--definitely a true boot cut. The zipper broke early so I have to use a hair tie. I will replace them with a smaller size once I've lost enough weight. Isn't it so weird that the stretchy material in women's jeans makes the same pair wearable at so many different weights?

I personally hate clothes shopping and even more so online because things never seem to fit. These jeans are amazing!!!! Most comfortable pair of jeans I think I have ever owned. I'm 5'6" 310lbs, longer torso, wide hips. I bought the 24plus size, fit like they were made for me. Hubby and other have commented on how well they fit. Ordered 2 more pairs.
