They're super comfy and stretchy and a lighter denim than most, thin enough that they were tolerable in 110+ degree Vegas weather last summer and still warm enough to wear thru upstate NY winter. Fitting throughout butt and thighs is nice (good butt jeans!) and the length in the longs is perfect for me (35" inseam is what I typically need). I have to say I love the look and the feel of these jeans. The short length is perfect on me I’m 5’4”. Inseam is 30”. I’m approximately a 43” waist which would’ve been a size 22 according to the size chart. I ordered a size 20, 1 size down since they were stretchy. I’m glad I did. They are perfect. My weight is 202#. The only reason I took one star off is because I’m short-waisted and even the mid rise is a little too long in the rise for me. I wish they made it 11” instead of 12”. These jeans would’ve been perfection for me then. Still all in all a very great purchase. I can only compare them to Maurice’s jeans because that’s all I’ve bought for the last 15 years. Wallflower Luscious Curvy has been the go-to jean for myself and my daughters for over 15 years. Age range highschool, college, and Mom. Size range 6-14. We all own several pair. We love that they come in odd numbered junior sizes, to fit sturdy athletic figures with wider waists, smaller bottoms, and muscular legs. They also come in several cuts, waistline choices, pocket choices, pockets choices, and colors. They are well made, and well cut, from stretchy heavy fabric that appears like traditional jeans. They have quality button zipper and trim, wash well (hung dry), last for years of regular wear. Fit and quality worth the price of buying a name brand. I love these jeans. They fit perfectly. I have thicker thighs and a small waist and they hug all the right places. The stretch in them is just right. Another bonus is that they’re lighter in weight and make a great pair of jeans to pack in your luggage. I can’t bring myself to even consider buying a different brand now. American Eagle has been my go to and I would say AE feels more durable but the Wallflowers are my go to for comfort, wearability, and sexiness ... show more

Looking for a nice pair of jeans, I came across Wallflower . First I ordered Basil. I liked the thin, stretchy material which makes them comfortable to wear and they fit nicely in the legs. But, in difference to any other jeans , the waist band isn’t reinforced , and after one day , they started slipping off my waist , making the crotch sag which is a really bad look. And moreover, the workmanship was shoddy , there was one inch in one outer leg seam, where the outer stitching of the double seam was simply left open , they looked broken from the beginning and I almost sent them back for that . I wear a US size 14, sometimes 12 , in other jeans brands, and figured, size 17 should be the same, from the size chart . ( it was, for the first day only ) Still, the material is comfortable, so I wear them often , but have to keep pulling them up. It’s a weird cut, with the soft waistband , which makes them look as if they have elastic at the top , nipping into my sides, and then they start to slip down. Anyway , I ordered a second pair soon after, Blackberry, in the same size 17 . What a disappointment ! These were a size too big from the beginning , too large in the waist , wrinkly in the legs . I put them into hot water today , hoping they will shrink , but it doesn’t look like they did ( still drying ), but the color leaked into the water . May have to boil them next , or take them to an expensive taylor shop for alteration. Bummer ! Amazon recommended I buy size 13 “ according to thousands of customers “ , which sounds totally off, why do they say that when I keep ordering US14? Should I try size 15 next ? Try to squeeze in there and wait for them to stretch as they all seem to do within a day or two ? If they weren’t so comfortable, I would simply go for a better more reliable brand ( which may be cheaper , too ) . Judging from the other reviews here, sizes seem to be unpredictable and random with Wallflower , what if the size 15 happens to be one of those with a “ two inches smaller waist than other size 15 “ ? For this kind of unstable quality , I think, the price is set too high , why demand more than what more famous brands cost ? ... show more

For this item I wish there was a choice of 10 stars.! Wallflower makes a big variety of styles length and colors. They are beyond comfortable because they’re thin. They’re stitched extremely well. They fit like a glove whatever size you order and the length is extra long if you want it, which is what I need because I’m 57. They’re outstanding! I have other pairs as well. They wash very well. They don’t bleed onto other clothes even if they’re the darker color jeans. I recommend to every woman these jeans were made just for us. Super wonderful product! You can dress it up or dress them down either way they’re beautiful all the time. Here’s a second update on my review of these gorgeous black pants. Because they were so gorgeous and they were made for me. They fit like a glove. I had to order another pair so I’ve got five of them now in different colors, but I got two of the black ones in case one is in the laundry and I wanna wear black that day.
