These are pleasant-looking, comfortable jeans, nothing amazing. The boot cut is a wider flare than it looks like in the photo, but it's ok to have a little variety in my wardrobe. I was afraid to buy any Wallflower jean because several of the varieties on Amazon are rated as running very small, and because they are listed as juniors sizes. And I am a large-framed, muscular, athletic woman, not a skinny teenager. That's why I chose to get the curvy cut. Reviews were divided whether the curvy should be ordered size up or size down. Now that I have the jeans on my body, I would guess that the people who said that they run large are skinny teens, while the people who said they run small are very large women. Unfortunately, not enough reviewers were providing their measurements in inches, which is the only way I have found to shop for jeans without trying them on. So here's my take: As far as I'm concerned, the luscious curvy bootcut is NOT a juniors sizing or cut, not even counting teens who are overweight rather than muscular. I think that it is a generous woman's cut. So, I would say that the size 7 that I bought is actually a women's curvy size 8. This going primarily by the generous space in the hips, the adequate space in the thighs, and the extra 2 inch-gap in the waist band. My current measurements (fit, but with a few extra fat-pounds, which is why I am buying stretchy pants right now) are: hips 39" waist 29" thigh 22" 5'8" Buying pants is usually a nightmare for me because my thighs are so big. Unless the thigh of the jeans is much smaller on smaller sizes, I should probably have ordered a size 5, maybe even a size 3, in this style. Right now with the extra pounds, I'm wearing a size 4 and a size 6 in women's jeans, depending on the brand and cut, so it didn't seem advisable to order down a couple of sizes in a juniors' item. For reference, the No Nonsense Women's Medium jegging fits like it was made for me, and I fit almost perfectly in an EXTRA LARGE in this lovely pant https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01B3QO12C/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I'm now a little confused about Wallflower. I wonder if, instead of a 7 in curvy, I had ordered a 7 in regular straight leg or skinny style, it would have fit me better? Or would that have been too big in the waist (or too small in the thigh)? Or, will these 7's shrink just the right way in the wash that they'll be perfect? Should I just return them for a 5? I'll post this question and see what people think. ... show more

My FAVORITE style of Wallflower! I love the flap pockets on back to give extra “booty” to flat-booty girls ;-) Length is perfect for boots. Denim is stretch and hugs curves without being tight or restrictive. Denim is just as comfortable as leggins.

I have purchased these jeans in 3 colors & they all fit different. Only one pair fit comfortably; the others were both tighter in the waist & thighs & also shorter. I just ordered another pair of the same size & color that fits well (size 5, Chrystie Pure) & they are tighter & shorter than the first pair! I held both pairs up to each other & the new pair is about 1/4" narrower in both width and length. So disappointing because the one pair that fits is actually very comfortable. It's unfortunate that the sizing is so inconsistent because even finding a color & size that works once does not guarantee that another pair of the same will. ... show more
