As a piece of art, whether the subject matter/appearance of this piece speaks to you will be subjective and as such that's not the focal point of this review. As a painting, this is very nice! The frame is sturdy, the color is fantastic, and the texture is prominent and lush, adding a very pleasant effect to your walls in a well-lit room and casting healthy shadows when lit from above or below in a darkened room. It's a nice addition to any room to boost the visual interest in a way that a printed canvas doesn't. At a price of about $30 I think it's quite a good value; I don't oftentimes see actual painted canvas pieces at that price.

This is a beautiful piece, exactly what is pictured, and easy to see the texture in each color of the painting. It isn't very big, but looks great on a small bathroom wall. It can be faced to your liking, horizontally and vertically. I love it!

The price indicated is the purchase price, with or without discounts, as advertised on the product page at the time this review is posted) Pros: The painting is small enough to fit in relatively tight areas, which works well given the wave designs, as this is a nice piece of art for bathrooms with a similar theme. The texture is the highlight, with a sandy/grainy feel which brings some life to the art. The design of the one I ordered has the appearance of waves rolling in on a sandy beach on a cloudy day (the one titled twilight). Presumably these are hand painted based on the write up - it does have that appearance. Cons: A vertical brush stroke in the center certainly looks to be a mistake, though mostly blends in. The price is fairly high for a small piece of canvas stapled to a light wood frame, though if the advertisement about these being hand-painted is accurate I suppose it's not out of the reasonable range. Additional info: I certainly like the piece enough given I received it without cost through Vine, but probably wouldn't spend fifty dollars on it, otherwise. It would be a fine purchase in the thirty dollar range. Ratings (1-10 scale; 0 = Very poor, 5 = Average, 10 = Exceptional) Quality: 8 Value (based on purchase price of $49.99): 4.5 Utility: 7 Overall: 7.5 Hopefully you found this review helpful in identifying the best product to meet your needs.

This canvas painting is nice, but not exactly what I was expecting since I ordered a different color. The quality is good. My only caution is to look at the measurements before ordering, do not just go off of the look of the pictures. The ad pictures make this look much bigger than it is, but the measurements are accurate.

Look, I’m no art critic, but I know what I like. This oil painting is beautiful and textured and gives a definite beach vibe to your wall space. It pops. I got the Sunrise with light blue, white, and tan. There are two other color variations - Twilight with tan and brown and Night with black and grey, so there is something for every style and a match with your home decor. It is 16” long by 12” wide, so it is not too big. It won’t take up too much wall space. It is hand painted. It makes me happy when I look at it. The only negative for me is that I wish it was about twice the size. Otherwise, it is perfect.

This is an actual hand-painted work of art. It is not a reprint or copy. It seems to be actually painted by hand as the paint is beautifully textured which adds to the artistry of the visual eye candy. The colors pop out with exquisite vibrancy. It looks great on my wall.
