Amazon could not help me with this issue,and neither would the jeweler that made and sold it through Amazon. After talking with Amazon CS and getting nowhere. The jeweler that sold the chain Waitsoul Jewlers contacted me,and sent me a brand new chain. Free of charge. I received it in 3 days.
