Ok guys, I read all the reviews on this product before buying it. Let me tell ya, the reviews were mostly negative but I’m a rebel so I bought it anyway. So glad I did! First of all, this stuff is not like regular vinyl. It’s thinner and more of a challenge to work with. Yes, I too got those cursed air bubbles when I unrolled it but I just used the credit card tool (not sure what the fancy name is) and smoothed out all the bubbles. After the bubbles were gone, my machine cut through the vinyl like budda. No problems applying the transfer tape or weeding. Oh and the vinyl adhered just fine to my project. This vinyl just needs a little TLC.

This is the cheapest vinyl I've ever used. It's beyond thin, actually see thru as shown when I hold it up to my computer screen. The backing is so crappy that it just shreds when you try to peel it off the mat. I have a standard grip mat and the backing is literally stuck all over the mat. When you go to smooth it out with the smoothing scraper thing it scrapes the shiny part up and leaves lines all over it. I have other chrome vinyl that is so much better than this so it's not like the color is the issue.

So many things wrong with this product!!!!! First, the package (and roll inside) arrived flat which allowed air bubbles to get in between the "vinyl" and backing. After attempting to get the bubbles out I put it on my mat only to find out that it isn't 12" like it states, it's slightly shy about .25- .5" short. Whatever, I adjusted my design then go to cut the material and set the machine to do a kiss cut. This material is so thin and cheap that the machine cuts right through both the material and the backing but only on certain areas. The material (only, not the backing) lifts off the mat as it's being cut and rips in several places. I cancel the cut and get the mat out and try to remove it and it's so stuck to the mat that I can not get it off, the paper tears apart. I have two ruined mats, clumps of silver vinyl and no design. Avoid this at costs!!!!

I recently purchased the VViViD Chrome Silver Gloss DECO65 Permanent Adhesive Craft Vinyl for my crafting business, and while it served its purpose for small projects, I found the material to be thinner than expected. On the positive side, the chrome silver color is quite striking and adds a nice touch of metallic flair to my crafts. The adhesive backing also adhered well to various surfaces, ensuring that my designs stayed in place once applied. However, the thinness of the vinyl was a bit disappointing.
