I originally purchased these to do my daughters nails. She's 16 and her nails haven't developed as mine or my mother's or grandmother's were as women. So, I figured doing hers with a tip and some poly gel would be easier on her natural nails. And I was right. The colors are absolutely stunning and pretty. They cured well and the quality was as expected. They lasted a good while as well, no smell of course. And drying times (cure time) was about 30-60 seconds. I would absolutely say that this is a great buy and value for your money. The glitters are pretty and super girly, the pinks are perfect for what she wanted. And although I'm not the best at it, the quality time her and I got to spend together during doing her nails was so worth it. Was a wonderful buy. Thanks Amazon and thanks seller 💗

I don't think there's any method that's easy for beginners. It all takes practice, and this is very different to learn than acrylics. I have found that the slip solution is NOT a necessity, you can use 90% rubbing alcohol. I prefer to not use the pop off forms as they don't match my nail shapes, I use the under the nail sticker/paper forms and a brush. Knowing how to do acrylics did give me a head start on using this product. I have been doing polygel for two years now after doing acrylics for over 5, I am still learning new things. Tips 1: if the gel isn't clear or nearly clear, it will not cure all the way through(soft goopy center). Unlike acrylics where they teach you to apply more and file it off. This needs to be applied in layers, you can always add more. 2. UV takes longer to cure than LED but UV will cure harder. 3. If you get lots of heat while curing your nails, you have too much product on your nail and are likely not getting a good cure. The heat generated while your nails are curing should never hurt. 4. Take. Your. Time. It's gel, it won't harden, try doing one nail at a time till you can get fast enough to do one hand at a time. 5. I don't care how good a product is, if you don't take the oils off your nails (buffing and rubbing alcohol) its not going to stick very well. Use a good primer/bonder.

I am fairly new to poly gel but I have done it successfully before with a different brand of poly gel and was really good at It. In the beginning this products seemed easy to use as the application of it way easy. It wasn’t so sticky like other polygels which was nice. I was able to spread it on the form nicely. However, when it came to filing and shaping that’s when problems emerged. Immediately straight out of the lamp it was very sheer and seemed like it needed to be cured longer. I’m used to poly gel maybe being slightly sheer but the was abnormally sheer. I had to put a thicker layer of poly gel which would lead to bigger issues. After curing it various times (over 120s) I began to file. When filing the surface I quickly realized even after curing it for so long the poly gel just below the surface still wasn’t cured. It would burst from the nail while filing. It was truly a hot mess. I didn’t make the nail too thick when I had to reapply so I dont think it was due to that. Honestly with my other poly gel I could have added more and been fine. It just simply doesn’t cure properly. In the end I ended up having to paint the nail because it was so sheer and curing it way more than recommended just to be able to file it. Also for those wondering as I was also curious when buying. This product comes only with the tubes. Not top or base coat and no forms.

It’s really easy to use I’m super lazy and always give up half way through one hand when I’m doing dip nails or acrylics but this is so much faster!! It looks way more natural and makes all of them pretty even. I’ve always sucked at shaping and filing my own so these don’t take much and they look GREAT! I’m not even kidding this stuff is amazing and they are true to the colors as well !! My nail bed is very sensitive so acrylics and dip nails make them very sore afterwards not sure if it’s the chemicals or the filing down of the nail bed before hand but there are very flexible but not to the point where it is going to break
