Didn't feel like they actually did a lot for me as a lifting tool but they help you feel like you have some coverage, such as covering the nips. These are my second pair of strapless and wireless sticky bra. But this one seems to be peeling around the edges quickly. If you're looking to hide your nipples it'll work but it doesn't have much lift. Kind of not worth the price in my opinion. But it's not like I got no use of it.
