The First time I got this delivered I didn't even open the box to hear that it was shattered. Once opened I was sadly correct but was able to get a replacement right away and was happy to have the replacement arrive in perfect condition. It's just what I was hoping for.

This cup is quite lovely and absolutely charming. I was raring to go with an ultra-tacky white elephant gift (Keanu Reeves reversible throw pillow, anyone?) when I found everyone else was going "classy"- ugh. I raced back to amazon and lo and behold this appeared! It has not been used yet, but feels quite sturdy, the details are delicate and well done, and I finally found a "classy" white elephant gift that is STILL a white elephant! Win Win!!! I’m writing this review after owning this mug for a few months. Overall it’s really cute and held up for a while. Though, definitely avoid repetitive dish washer use and hand wash it when possible. I believe this is likely why the handle broke off.
