I believe it's absolutely wonderful that I can pick between warm, neutral, and cold lighting based on the time of day as well as the mood that I'm in. Since I'm in the middle of remodeling the bathroom, I thought this would be a good time to add a new mirror. I was worried about it getting here in one piece, but it was packaged extremely well, so no problem. I attached the plug just so I could try it out and make sure it worked, but I'll have my contractor install it into the wall and hard wire it. Would recommend it! ... show more

Pros: This was super easy to install. Took about 5 minutes Love that the power source is either plug or directly connected to the wire The light Is a nice soft white backlight and the different modes (white, yellow, etc) are nice. Love the anti fog feature Cons: -the instructions say to use a 1/4 inch drill bit...don't it's too big and the drywall screws won't fit snug - the light around the mirror isn't very bright. I was expecting it to be bright like a vanity light but it's not. You still need other lights to light up you face if using this on your vanity. - For the plug in option, there is no gap in the back frame to let you cord hang and have the mirror flush with the wall. - installation using four screws (the most secure) isn't easy as it only comes with a strip for hole placement. If it came with a sheet the size of the back mounting frame, you could easily install four screws to hold the mirror snug to the wall ... show more

Modern Design with outer LED light ring. I really like this mirror. It has a nice thick aluminum metal frame. LED light all around the perimeter instead of others that are a couple of inches in. Its pretty large at 60"x36" Its nearly a full size mirror if mount vertically. Crystal clear glass with no distortion or warpage. This mirror is attractive. I love the thick side walls (~2"). The antifog feature is great! The 3 light color options are also nice --- although they are only shades if white, from warm to cool temp.The lights do have a slight flicker, which is the reason for the deduction of one star. The unit comes with all hardware for assembly. A slight amount of wiring is needed to connect the light. The plug is not assembled, but has instructions for assembly if the mirror will be plugged in. The media could not be loaded. I have gotten a lot of compliments on this mirror from friends and family. I got the 30x36 for a pretty standard sized bathroom sink and it just barely fits. I definitely went for a larger size and was able to make it fit in only one of my bathrooms. The main issues I had where that the mounting hardware seemed like the screws where too small for the wall anchors and did not secure them way I wanted it to. I ended up using my own screws and it worked out great. The wall mount is nice and secure on the top, but a bit wobbly on the bottom especially if you are using a plug in instead of hard wiring behind the mirror. I decided to wire this through the wall into the vanity lights. Its works fine, but you have to turn on the light switch to see the power come on when I would rather have it glow all the time. Take your time and do the extra steps to have this without cords showing and you will really appreciate the upgraded look of where ever you decided to hang it. ... show more

This is a beautiful mirror. I chose this mirror to use as a "porthole" styled design element in my son's nautical themed bedroom. When it arrived, we were surprised to see that some assembly is required to enable the mirror to be potentially fitted directly into the wall. It's prepped for direct residential in wall electrical (see photo). If you want, you can wire it to the included three prong plug. Because it has options, we decided we will put it directly into the wall of our son's bedroom. But it does seem important to mention that some assembly will be required, regardless, to make this light-up. Once lit, it's really lovely. Quite large (24 inch feels bigger in a round mirror), and has the warm and cool lighting options, which you can get to by the neat little buttons that respond to touch right on the mirror, itself.
