I've been wearing these shoes for a couple of months now. Great style, materials, and comfort. I have them in three colors. The soles are perfect - a little more of a casual vibe, but MUCH better than the standard soles which wear quicker and scuff and stain baseboards when hit. We did not like the shoes that you can rent from a Tuxedo Shop and wanted something similar to his Cole Haan's. These are perfect!! I was apprehensive of trying a shoe from a brand I've never heard of, but I can say that I'm very happy with this purchase. For some time, I've been wanting to try a shoe that is "business on top, and fun on the bottom", and this shoe fits that bill perfectly. The top is very nice looking with a red tinted brown leather finish, and the bottom is a soft, sneaker-like sole. The white really sets it apart from the boring brown shoes, and adds a more casual and stylistic component to the shoe. I must mention the packaging here. The shoe came in a regular box, but each shoe was individually wrapped in a soft cotton bag, and there was a letter included from the shoe designer. I've never had shoes at this level packaged with such care, and the letter was a very nice touch. They came packaged as if they were worth 3x the price I paid for them. It fit very well for me, but it took a little breaking in. It felt a bit narrow when I first wore it. Also, another annoyance was that the back of the shoe is slightly curved inward (like most shoes), and it was digging into my achilles heel at first. However, after a few hours of wearing the shoe, It was broken in and those problems went away. The shoe fits well now, without the issues of feeling narrow or the back digging into my leg. I would definitely recommend this shoe. The only caveat is that people with very wide feet may not fit well in these shoes. ... show more

I traveled on a plane for a business trip and somehow the top of the shoe got scuffed to the point that it now looks bad and I cannot really wear these for business anymore as they now look cheap. I feel that this scuff would not have happened with better, higher quality shoes. Now I'm out almost $50 for shoes that are not nice enough to wear. In retrospect, I would have been better off buying a higher quality pair. ... show more

I got married in Jamaica, it was a beach wedding. I needed something that went with my linen suit but that didn't look stuffy, yet still dressed up. I didn't want anything too dressed down like sandals or sneakers but also didn't want your typical dress shoe. These shoes were a great in between. They look nice, are comfortable, and a good color.
