Hubby is the coffee drinker in the house. I surprised him with these 4 mugs this month. Our home burned last September and we are trying to buy items to refurnish our home that is being rebuilt. Ha had a favorite coffee mug back before the fire. These are the same size and thickness that he had before. He says that the mugs keep his coffee warm for a long time. You won’t find little 8 or 10 ounce mugs in my house. The 16 ounce mugs are just perfect. The exterior is a fairly flat black, the insides are beautiful brilliant glazes.
