It is pretty and it is cool but it is for straighter hips. Its not a-line. Keep in mind that the puffy sleeves will add to your shoulder and bust width. Had plenty of room at the top. it was the hips that were tight so it just depends on your shape. 5'9", 210, 40c got XL .
