BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered 3 white gold diamond bands. Gave one to each daughter and kept one for myself. I also bought 3 yellow gold and 3 rose gold diamond bands so we could have matching sets. The white gold diamond band for my daughter lost a diamond. After about two months of trying to get it replaced I finally got replacement. Not three months after giving her the new ring, she bumped it on drawer handle and two diamonds fell out and a third is barely in the setting. I have tried repeatedly to get In touch with Vir Jewels and my calls and emails have been ignored. Absolutely no acknowledgement whatsoever. After paying over $1,500 for the jewelry, I would expect at least SOME customer service. Too expensive to not have customer service! ... show more
