A very comfortable shoe, except for the elasticized opening. That didn't work well for me and I'm not sure I understand why it's done that way. However, it's probably great for some, and I'll keep these and break them in to where they won't rub. In general, VIONIC shoes are great for quality, fit, and comfort. Yikes. What a heartbreaker. This shoe was too large and long, did not fit true to size. And unlike the loafer version of the shoe, it immediately rubbed and hurt the back of my heel. Adorable shoe. Had to return. Beware if you have skinny ankles that these shoes have an elastic backing which would take some breaking in. In my case these would cause blisters! So unfortunate.
