I am too young (42) to have the debilitating back issues that I have, and until now, I have relied on Brooks and Dansko to keep me going. I can get away with Skechers for casual shoes. I need arch support and cushion, and I like good quality. Vionics are a game changer for work and casual shoes. These slip ons are supportive. The perforated leather is cute. They look great with low-cut no-show socks. They come in wide for my duck-shaped feet, and they are good quality. I work in administration in skilled nursing and am moving all day. These keep me going from one unit to the next all day with cushion for my heavy heel strike and arch support, and I'm not in agony at the end of the day. Grateful to have found Vionic. Beautiful quality shoe; however, the shoe is heavy and extremely uncomfortable. I have several pair of Vionic shoes and have loved all of them. The others fit fine and have a high arch support that I need. I was very disappointed in these in that they rubbed the big bone on the outside of the foot and hurt my feet after 2 hours wearing them. I also found them to run a little bit bigger in size than my others. All in all, they didn't fit me well and were uncomfortable. The seams on the show are rubbing my toes. They are comfy but I need to wear them with socks. The fit is exact to foot size. Do not size up or down.

Size: 9.5 Color: Ballad Blue
The Vionic Kimmie is a nice supportive shoe with style. I am 5ft7in. and weight 155 lbs. evenly distributed. I normally wear a size 10m but needed a 9.5m. to keep my heel from slipping up and down. I always wear a THIN footie not sock with this type of slip on. This did narrow the girth of the forefoot just a bit. My forefoot girth around the ball of my foot is 10ins. the 9.5 made the girth 9ins.so not terribly different. If I wore a thicker sock then the size 10 would be good. The shoe , without the orthodic, would be more enhanced if it were slightly designed to the orthodic but it is flat but that did not affect the performance of the orthodic. The orthodic has a nice suede firm cushion, a measured 1in high arch which gives about 1/8 inch when stepped on. I like not only a nice supportive insole but supportive sides as well and these do accomplish that. The shoes integrity is solid but I am not hard on shoes as I alternate between shoes frequently to maintain their integrity. Overall, I am very satisfied with this shoe, its color choices, and support and have ordered some other colors of this style. I feel it is deep enough to add your own orthopedic insole minus the original if necessary. My foot measures 10.5 around the arch area and this shoe is a comfortable hug in that area. I have not other issues with this shoe but, like I stated, I do wear THIN footies with most slip ons. Any thicker could be a problem. They weigh about maybe 1/2 pound but the weight is insignificant to me but may be for others. Thank you Vionic for your support, price affordability, and style of this shoe.
