I bought these shoes because I really loved them. They were a month old, and the black star stained the entire white part of the shoe. I wrote to customer service, and they said the warranty was no longer valid. I wrote to the store for some ideas on how to clean them, but I haven't received a response. My shoes are still stained. I've tried cleaning them, and they've gotten even worse. It's sad that no one answers you and that they don't care about your purchase until they receive their money. ... show more

I didn’t have high expectations if we are being honest. I opened the box and was blown away. These feel high quality. I was in between getting the gold or silver shoe so I picked white pebbled/washed silver thinking it was silver. Well this particular color is BOTH! Best of both worlds it actually works in my favor. I love how I don’t have to tie my shoelaces, I feel like the no tie style elevates the shoe in my opinion. I’m normally 8.5 and it fits perfect so true to size for me.
