This review is for the Vinanker Wallet for Men. Like most men, I have lots of cards in my wallet. Credit cards, admission cards, insurance, driver's license... you name it. I ordered this wallet because of its thin design and multitude of slots for cards. It doesn't disappoint on that front. There are plenty of slots for everything you might have. I have about 20 cards in the wallet plus cash and other paper items like vehicle registration. Like with any new wallet the slots are tight and it can be difficult to get cards in and out of the slots but I think it's just because the wallet is new. As the leather stretches over time the cards will become easier to get in and out. Some of the slots are under other slots which can be a little confusing but it's probably one of those things you'll get used to as the wallet becomes familiar. I got the dark brown wallet and it looks nice. It has the color of coffee. In addition, the construction seems high-quality. My biggest complaint is that the wallet has slots on the outside too so some of your cards will be on the outside of the wallet and there's no solid surface when the wallet it closed. This presents two problems in my testing. The first is that the cards/slots on the outside snag when trying to put the wallet in and out of your pocket. The second is that any cards you put in those slots are visible to anybody. They put a convenient "window" slot on the outside of the wallet but anybody can see what's in that window when you remove the wallet. I personally don't want people to be able to see what's in my wallet or my identifying information so I found this to be a pretty big issue. I can see a third potential problem as the wallet breaks in. Any cards in the outside slots could fall out when you remove your wallet from your pocket (or put it back in) since they're exposed. I didn't have this issue with a brand new wallet but I could see cards easily snagging and being pulled out as the wallet loosens up. This would be a huge problem as you could lose a card unknowingly. I decided not to use any of the slots on the outside of the wallet but then you end up with fewer slots and still have the snagging issue. It also just looks silly. So all in all, the design is on the right track but the choice to put half the slots on the outside of the wallet was a bad one. It would have been a perfect wallet if it was completely smooth when closed and all the cards were on the inside of the wallet. ... show more

This wallet will work well for people who.... *Don't carry a lot of cash. *Like folding wallets that are thinner in profile *Don't care if their wallet feels super premium *Like the appearance of the wallet Pros *Wallet is pretty thin for a folding design wallet *There are plenty of slots for the number of cards I tend to carry around (about 7) *I like the color contrast of the black against the orange *Has decently sized slots for the occasional time I want to carry cash around *Quality of construction - I think the wallet will easily last a few years. *Fresh out of the box, I have no concern that my cards are going to slip out when I put in 1 card per slot. Cons *Quality of material - The material this is made out of isn't bad, I was just expecting something more based on the pictures. I still think the wallet will easily last a few years. *Too bulky for my taste - It turns out I still prefer non-folding minimalist wallets. This could be the right sized wallet for some people, but its too bulky to me. *Not great if you prefer to carry a lot of cash. The middle slot that spans the entire wallet isn't present. It was left out likely to make the wallet thinner. The half-wallet cash slots are tight and will require you to fold your cash tightly to make it fit. Other reviewers have attached pictures that show you how tight the fit is. This could be the right wallet for you if you like slimmer wallets that fold. I personally prefer minimalist wallets that are even smaller than this, but that isn't a knock against this wallet. ... show more

When I opened the box for this wallet I was quite impressed with the care and presentation of the enclosed wallet. I like smaller wallets with my go to tending to be paper (or Tyvek) wallets as you don't have much overhead. That's what I was hoping for here. The wallet itself seems very well made and am sure it will hold up for some time. There are lots of slots for everything and I was happy enough with the organization of where I would put things but there was a main dealbreaker that may keep me from using the wallet. The one thing I couldn't tell from the listing was whether it had the traditional full length pocket for cash. Well, it doesn't. It's basically a half width pocket, so, you have to fold your cash to fit it. On this particular day I had perhaps more (mostly small bills - sad face) than usual, which added to the width of the wallet. The width is still doable but what I wouldn't want to have to do is pull out all the cash to grab the denomination needed. Outside of this the wallet is solid. I did notice as I was unpacking and going back to my worn out paper wallet that the cutouts to push out your card really wasn't allowing for that to happen as the wallet is quite tight. In fact I had to remove cards from one side to be able to get cards out of the other side. I'm sure I could deal with this, maybe having less cards with me. Main issue for me is not having the full width slot for currencey. If you're looking for a well made wallet, not going to stuff it like I probably did, then I think you may be quite happy with this wallet. ... show more
