I wear them as a duty boot. I think I'm on by 3rd pair. Toe box is nice and roomy. Waterproofing is great within reason. They wear like a pair of Converse if Converse made boots.

I’ve had these boots for about 9 months now, I have the thermomold insoles they sell in them and they are by far the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. I walk a lot for work, between 10k and 20k steps a night. I had a slight issue with the boots, contacted the company directly, sent a couple pictures and they took care of the issue. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone who puts some miles on the regular boots.

These boots are a good looking, fairly durable great purchase for the price. This is my second pair of these boots as a daily wear patrol boot. At this price point I've ever only gotten 1-2 years from a boot. I got a solid three out of this brand. Sole helt up like a champ... Only reason they are even replaced at this point is only because the rubber-like material at the bend point of the toe box cracked out and started to look bad added to a failure of the waterproofing material on bothbiots. Bottom line... This is an excellent boot at this price point. Value for money is spot on. Three years of daily patrol work before failure. Did buy again.

These boots are extremely comfortable and fit true to size. This past month I have had rigorous training and been in multiple high stress situations causing me to run long and short distances and these boots have held up great. The grip pattern on the bottom is extremely helpful in mud or snow they keep your feet dry and warm in cold weather. However the design of the boot does cause some concern. The material on the shaft of the boot is oddly shaped so when you are running or doing regular work the laces come loose easily. I have taken the laces out and attempted a few different lace ups and none have helped with this problem. This is a tactical boot forsure and I would still recommend you try them even with the minor lacing issues.

Excellent quality boots. Wide toe box makes a big difference in comfort from other boots I've tried. They look great too. Size runs slightly small it seems. I ordered a half size up. Sole grip on slippery surfaces 7/10. Build quality/durability 10/10. Only downside is the laces. They keep loosening, and are too short to double-knot. Get some new laces. Not really any padding on the upper (calf) area, but that was not a problem for me, but something to consider.

I bought the Johnny Combat Waterproof in Nightfall size 13. Loved them so much that on day 3 I ordered a second pair in Grayman. On day 4, the Nightfall’s started making a popping sound in both heels. Put up with it for another day, but finally returned them for exchange. Then the Graymans arrived and sure enough, on about day 3, they started popping. Not as bad, but bad enough that I returned them for a refund. Both returns went flawless and I couldn’t be happier with the service. So now I have the second pair of Nightfalls, and so far so good after a week of daily wear. Love these boots. Hopefully they do not start popping!

Very comfortable boot. I ordered a half size bigger as a lot of people mentioned. Not 100% sure it was necessary, but it is not overly large for my foot either. I pretty much exclusively wear boots, so I may have just always ordered a half size big to begin with. I have walked through tall grass after a rainstorm and my feet were dry. I have run full sprint with my dog and they didn't cause any mobility issues. Update: I had these for 3 years. I used them as work boots, snow boots, hiking boots, and I wore them almost daily because they were so comfortable. Just recently the bridge above my toes cracked and the water proofing mostly went away. I intend to order another pair before winter, waiting on a pair of JK 300X's for my new daily wear.

These are a great pair of boots. They're very lightweight and comfortable. I've worn them in the rain several times now and my feet stay completly dry. They've been very durable so far as well. I've been wearing them for a few months being pretty hard on them and they still look like new. Overall, I highly recommend.
