My company was having a Roaring 20's themed holiday party and I needed a dress. I did not want the "flapper style" with fringe. This drop waist dress was exactly what I was looking for. (Ironing it was kind of a pain, but I am not the best at ironing anyway.) It fit perfectly. I think you could easily wear this to other events, it is that cute and comfortable. I am impressed with the quality and is easy to wash. It has to dry flat...I just laid it on my folding table on a bath towel. It dried quickly. I am tempted to get another one in another color!

So-when you’re looking for a 20’s era casual day dress, you do know you’re planning to wear a shapeless bag, right? This dress wasn’t particularly flattering, but that works when “cute bag” is the intented style. The garment’s fabric & construction are great, really-especially for the price. The style was cute enough. The color was really lovely. It’s well lined & easy to wear & accent. Really-it feels good on & fits perfectly in that “no body shape wanted or needed” way. I could totally wear it regularly (except typically I want dresses to be a little more shaped-because fashion isn’t the same 100 years later-so I won’t). Great buy, though!

The dress is well made, has not yet been washed, with the full length lining not showing and laying flat. There’s a bit of give in the fabric so I opted to size down one size for more of a waistline. This also means I created a couple of small horizontal wrinkles in the back, below the waist, that I can live with (I wear petite sizing that, if offered, would eliminate this issue). This dress is also being offered online elsewhere for over $100. I definitely recommend this multi-purpose dress (which I thought would be used only as a costume!).

I have this brand in another dress, so I ordered this one the same size. That was a mistake. This one is way bigger, like a size large. It is particularly under the arms. I am 5’9”, 135 lbs, 36” bust circumference. I am wearing size small.

This dress was cheaply made for the price. I ordered a size larger and I could hardly fit it over my head. I had even checked the size charts and other reviews to make sure I ordered a size to fit. I am so disappointed. The pretty bow on the picture was just a limp bow. I sent it back.

The quality is absolutely fantastic, first of all. I read all of the reviews and even taking them and the recommended size into consideration, I still decided to go by the sizing guide. I'm 5'7, 140lbs. I've got a big butt and moderately large chest. I ordered a 12/14 as per the sizing guide, despite knowing that I am usually an 8/10 in dresses. The chest area fits well - a little big, but nothing that can't be remedied with a good bra. The waist area is MASSIVE on me, though. I'm talking a good 6 inches in excess. I know it's not supposed to be form fitting and I've worn dropwaist dresses on multiple occasions. The drop waist line is supposed to sit comfortably at your waist. For it to do this on me, a good 6 inches would need to be taken off. The length is perfect, too. If there were any way at all for me to alter the dress or for me to get a replacement in time for the play I need it for, I'd give it 5/5. This dress is not stetchy at all. If you have sensory issues, this dress should be okay for you. It feels like chiffon.
