Don't pay attention to negative reviews about this dress. I am 61yrs, 5ft 6in, 200 lbs. I am lumpy from aging and childbirth and this dress drapes and covers all my bodily imperfections without need of any support undergarments. I ordered an XL. Material is not thin or see through. The length just covers my ankles. Due to the contents of the fabric, hang it up, to dry. The material becomes clingy if it is overheated and will no longer drape. Material hang dries quickly, without wrinkling. I do machine wash in warm water, with no issues, or machine wash in cold water, to be safe. Order an appropriate size for larger busts or bums and the material will not be over stretched possibly causing it to become too thin/see-through. This dress is super comfortable and just right for all but the most formal of occasions. Material is breathable, so perfect for warm/hot seasons, pair with a long sweater or jacket for cool/cold seasons. Appropriate for all ages.

This dress color is pretty and good for casual summer days but the material seems cheap and the neckline and sleeve cut makes it seem cheap. I mean you get what you pay for, but if you're looking for something casual to wear to an event, I do not suggest this. Get something with a more interesting top.

I looked all over town for a long light blue dress with short sleeves, and finally found this one on Amazon. It arrived in one day and it's perfect! Nice material, well made, and I love the pockets. I ordered a size up from my normal size and it wasn't at all too large. I do think the smaller size would have still fit too so there's lots of room for error between sizes if you are trying to decide. It is long, but I'm 5'11" so it is ideal for me. Thank you Amazon.
