I'm 68 years old, 5' 6" tall, 155 lbs, medium build, 38 bust, and somewhat buffed from working the ranch. I'm an elderly 'tom-boy'. I wear blue jeans, hat, and working clothes all week long except for church. That is the only day of the week that I'm truly a 'lady'. Otherwise, I'm a pig. I am incredibly picky when I play 'dress-up' for church. I like to look my age, be pretty, not glamorous, and though I will get into a dress I don't like to spend a lot of time with frills and touch-ups. Keep it simple, albeit casual, but not complicated. I'm not going to a competition but to visit with my maker. When I snagged this dress, I had already purchased a different pattern and coloration that I loved. I'm blonde, and I adore the color red, but few reds look appealing on me. Usually they are too bright or gaudy. This was not the case. It is a lovely shade of red with the perfect pattern that is not garish or looks like I just walked out of a field of flowers. It is absolutely beautiful, falls and flows nicely, covers my knees and my elbows, shows no skin, is not too sheer, and hangs perfectly on my medium frame. It is an over-the-head dress, so I always buy a size bigger to accommodate that awkward removal without risk of tearing. Overall, this style is perfect for an elderly discreet woman who prefers to leave the skin exposure to the imagination of on-lookers. There is just a touch of elegance with the large flowing skirt bottom, yet it could also be worn to a birthday party or the zoo. Nice in-between options. I wear a pair of adorable leather/lacy knee high stone-colored boots which really matches the overall partial country affect I desire. Yes, this has a country-kick to it, so wear a hat if you like, along with the boots. Good style for the older gals. I highly recommend due to the quality and the lightness of the material, yet not sheer. I love it!

I love the fabric of this dress...kind of a silky feel. I wanted a loose-fitting dress as I have a bit of a protruding tummy. I am 90 years old and my arms are a bit "jiggly", so I love the longer sleeves. I ordered a M size when I read that the size "ran large", but it was too tight in the bodice and the large size fits perfectly. so I think it runs pretty true to size. I ordered the blue flowered dress and love it....ordered the black with brown flowers for the fall, and since I have a really tough time to find a dress I love, I decided to order a third...the red version. I am getting shorter as I age, and it is a little longer on me, but I love it longer since my legs aren't what they used to be. I don't notice any "stretch". Just really happy with my purchases.

I wasn’t sure whether I liked the dress or not…lol! It felt a bit oversized and I wasn’t sure whether to tie the ties on the neck in a bow or just leave them down. The ties are pretty long, so I tied it in a bow and let it hang a bit. I wore it to a women’s gathering with some Free People sandals and I honestly was complimented over and over again and asked where I bought the dress! These are church women who wear dresses every Sunday. I’ve worn it a few other times since then and always get compliments. I’ve since bought the dress in a couple of other prints, but the army green colored dress with the big black leopard type print always gets the compliments. It’s very loose, and comfortable and hits me pretty long, so I’d say it’s more of a maxi but not a true to the floor maxi. It’s very comfortable in the desert summer heat and it washes well on delicate and hung out to dry. I haven’t had to iron it, but it will need to be shaken out a bit after laundering it to help it with wrinkles. It’s not at all extensively wrinkly where it needs to be ironed, but you could steam or iron it easily. I found the wrinkles just adjust out with wear.

I love these dresses! This is the fifth one I’ve purchased! I am 85 and like to cover up my arms and prefer clothing not too fitted (to cover the flab and bulges that come with age).🤨 They are loose and flowy and cool. It’s hard to find cute dresses for older women. My 20-something granddaughter loved this style too! The fabric is very nice, washes well. I put mine in the dryer with a softener sheet for 10 minutes, then immediately hang up to dry. No ironing needed. I get size Small. I’m 5’ 1”, 120 lbs. I do have to hem mine. Way too long. Kind of wish they made these in XS.

I purchased this dress earlier this year in a different color. The fabric had a nice drape and the fit was perfect. I didn't really like the color but decided to keep it to wear around the house, and bought another in navy. This fabric is totally different, and feels like it's made of garbage bags. It seems really plasticky and the fit is just weird, like the fabric was slanted when the pieces were cut, so the give is just not there. Feels quite a bit smaller. Won't be keeping this one.

Well, I loved the dress. I thought for sure it wouldn't fit when i opened the pkg. I ordered a large. It said 12 to 14 size. I had already planned to send it back & get a medium. I actually thought it would be to big but to my surprise, it was almost to small in the bust area. I could wear it but probably couldn’t move much. Its way to long, sleeves are perfect but they are supposed to be 3/4 length for a normal size person. I’m 4”10”. The doctor says different since I’m 77 now but I’m not changing my height for anyone . It actually fits everywhere, since I like a little room to move but I haven't decided if I’ll keep it. The length should be mid calf but its like a long moo moo on me. Im afraid I’ll trip in my high heals. The quality is very nice. I would say, an xl would be way to big everywhere else. So for me, its unproportioned for a bust size of 38 C & over all fit. It should be roomier in that area in my opinion. I might shorten it & keep it but not sure yet. Thanks!!!!
