More comfortable than I expected. The lace lays really nicely, not super itchy. The fit is a little small, but not too small that I can’t wear it. But I would definitely size up at least one cup size. But overall super sexy.

The band size on 38DD runs a bit tight. It's doable for short time periods. but there is no leeway on the hooks-- you'll have to leave it on the widest one. If you're a true 38 band, and you plan to wear this all day, this will be uncomfortable. I recommend sizing up in the band. The cup size is perfect. The construction is perfect.
