I've gotten this LED display for indoor use. It's pretty light and the construction of the box itself feels pretty sturdy. Hanging it up was fairly easy, the chain is provided. Only downside in design is a very short power chord. If you going to hang this up, expect that you'll need an extension chord. The display itself is bright and can work with some basic graphics and text. Mobile sofrware provides plenty of options for customization and is fairly easy to use. Can program multiple messages, add effects, setup timers, and so on. Now the bad part is, I never got the PC software to work, the instructions included with the display are less than ideal and I could only make out parts of it. I've contacted their customer support, who provided a few basic troubleshooting tips and then stopped responding. I've been only able to use the LED display with the mobile software which does lack some functions. So while the display itself is very decent, if something goes wrong and you need tech support, you might be out of luck.

Item quality is great! The instructions is in Chinese , the drive is in Chinese and there is nothing on the internet to help you. I now have to return this item because it can’t be programmed and there is no one to assist me.

Good: Bright, daytime-readable display. Works as advertised once you get the software figured out (see below.) Very good price for what you get. Bad: Some text effects are rather slow. The device includes its own wifi access point, which is great except that your computer has to drop its wifi internet connection to connect to it, a moderate inconvenience. Appears to be no security at all on the wifi link nor any way to disable it after the display is programmed, enabling some opportunity for mischief. The board really should connect to its owner's wifi router and work through that, or include a hardware switch to disable wifi when it isn't being programmed. Ugly: The software is a royal pain to set up. Took me a couple hours of googling and experimenting to get it working properly. Once there, however, programming the display is reasonably easy, and the built-in wifi saves a lot of back-and-forth with a flash drive. Bottom line: A good, inexpensive display board with a lot of bang for the buck. Five stars, although the funky software almost cost it that fifth.

I have left he seller a message regarding the product and asking for help on how tonoperate it. The product didnt come with any instructions. And there is a piece of paper that has chinese information only. How am i going to operate it then? I really need this sign for my business and till now i still havnt used it and i would juat return it and get a refund then. The seller needs to communicate.

I love the app that helps you control and change the wording on the sign. We got a great colorful sign and to be able to control the brightness is a great value for the money. Beautiful, bright, ease of use. I will not hesitate to order again from this vendor.

The sign arrived with a single sheet of paper - in Chinese characters. No other instructions. I was unable to get it programmed. Even WORSE, when I went to return it, I found out it would cost MORE THAN $46 TO SHIP IT BACK. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY. I also complained toAmazon that there should be some kind of notification that return shipping would be 2/3 the price of the original item.
