I wanna start by saying this bag is my first and last Veto Pro Tech bag I'll ever need. 1. It's very durable. 2. It's not too big, not too small, just perfect to fit everything I need. 3. And it is VERY stable! 4. It actually saved my life. I was climbing this 13 foot ladder to get to an RTU and feel 11 feet. I landed on my feet but also smacked the wall pretty good. I only suffered a bruised heel bone and a bit of back pain that lasted no more than 3 days. This backpack is organized and has plenty of space for all the tools I need for any kind of HVAC job I’m running. The top pockets are small at the top but it is great for storing my stubbies. But it’s the perfect size of you like to take everything for a job you need with you for just in case purposes but if you just like to take only what you need for a specific job than this bag might be a little to big for you but I have been running it for about a year now and feel like it will last for years before I buy another one. ... show more

Amazing bag, had mine loaded down with about 60+pounds of tools and a small strip of the stitching tore. Messaged veto via IG and they had me fill out a warranty claim. 5day turnaround and they shipped me a brandnew bag!! Love the bag, love the company. Will never buy a non veto bag again Just make sure you buy from one the the Amazon sellers listed on vetos website as apparently there are a lot of counterfeit bags out there. I think veto only warranties bag from 3 sellers on Amazon atm so make sure you choose one of them when making your purchase ... show more

I wish it was a little bit larger, but it's a very nice bag with plenty of pockets for tools. Make sure you get it sent to an address where someone can sign for it as the company sends it with signature confirmation required. This was a huge hassle for me to get it rerouted.

Original front panel that comes with it, the top row is too small. You can't fit any regular sized screwdrivers there. Rendering it basically useless, because those empty slots block taller tools at the bottom from fitting well. Works out, if you buy extra panels from veto.
