It looks as in the picture. Big and full. You don't need to do anything when out of the box. I returned one from another company that was very bad and needed to be stuffed. I think maybe they should add a bow to this one but I still liked it and was happy with the bear.

This bear is not only enormous, (my wife is 6ft tall and it engulfs her) but it’s also soft and plushy. She’s obsessed. I got it for her for our anniversary and now I fear I’ll be replaced… she sent me a picture of her cuddling it after it arrived today and I cried the whole way home from work. What have I done….
