At first, I didn’t like that this bear seemed under-stuffed and that the head just flops down but actually, this turned out to be the best thing. My daughter snuggles this huge bear like a pillow as well as lays across it on the floor while playing her Switch or reading. She would not be able to do this if the bear was overstuffed or stiff. Christmas gift for our son, who wanted a “giant Teddy Bear” from Santa. We had visited the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory a few years ago & knew their bears were of the highest quality. I was thrilled to see I could buy one on Amazon & receive it faster, & with the same guarantees as if purchased directly from Vermont Teddy Bear. We actually bought the “Get Well“ Bear (the red bow said this) but we cut it off as it was a Christmas present instead. It was just a regular ribbon anyway, & not the velvet bows that you can get at the factory. The Bear is very large but not overly so- I think just a little taller than my 6 year old, though sitting the Bear is shorter. This is much more manageable than some of those other giant Teddy bears you see at the box stores yet still feels “giant” to our son. It has the sweetest Teddy face too! ... show more
