The dress is beautiful and I do love the fabric however I am only 4 foot 11 so I figured I could order an extra small and even then it’s too long. I’m afraid to step on it taking a dress in to get altered would cost me $30 so I don’t think it’s quite made for short people unless you want to sweep the floor but it’s a lovely dress for the beach resort or a wedding which is what I’m going to and this is one of the colors that is requested. This dress is nowhere near worth $53. The material is thin. Not the outside fabric obviously but the lining in the inside is thin too. The material is cheap and rigid. I think where others have said it fits large is the armholes are too big and they sit really weird. The fastener is just a cheap plastic bit. But here's where I just had to laugh. I took a picture to show how thin the material was and as I go to fasten the neckline up so I could fold it back into the bag the EYELET BROKE. Holy cow do not buy this. $10 maybe. But $53?! Yeah nah. Oh, and shipping was awful too. Event I needed this for was on Saturday evening. Ordered it on a Wednesday, said it would deliver Saturday. No big most of my deliveries come by 5pm, the event was at 9pm. It got here on Tuesday even after I tried canceling the order two times even though it hadn't been shipped yet. They still sent it. I didn’t take any pictures standing in the dress to post, but take my word for it. It flatters your chest, hides your belly, and shows enough leg to be stunning. Get the dress. I typically wear XL to XXL to hide my belly. I only needed a large in this dress! I did lose 7 lbs prior to ordering this dress, but I did not lose any inches in my belly. So, I was surprised that a large was I needed! One person reviewed problems with water spots. I had no problem with water spots. I washed on cold gentle, hung dry, and steamed it with a steamer.
