Ladies I recommend for plus size. I got a 3xl for extra comfort due to bigger chest size besides that I love how you can adjust the front of the top. It does not roll up at all.

I'm 5'6'' and 175 lbs and I bought a XL. I usually wear either a L or XL, but I read that other people said to size up. With the XL, it fits me perfectly with some stretch and no tightness around the arms. Very flattering v neck crop top
