I smelled this on someone else and loved it so I had to try. Wonderful light and clean fragrance for a great price point! Not a long lasting one as it’s a body spray but a nice addition for layering. I can be liberal with it without being overwhelming.

I have enjoyed wearing Vera Wang Embrace Fine Fragrance Mist for years (most recently finishing up a bottle of Green Tea and Pear Blossom), but ordered the Periwinkle and Iris when I found it online here. Upon receiving it, I immediately recalled why this scent is my favorite! It’s light, delicate and lovely, with more floral notes than the Green Tea (as indicated in its name), but not overly so. Blindly bought this. I expected the scent to smell good but it has more of an alcoholic smell than perfume. If you pair it with something else, it smells good.

    • When Sweat Is Not Enough
Scent: Periwinkle & Iris Size: 8 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)
Usually, I avoid using denatured alcohol on my skin, and that is the first ingredient. I bought this because I wanted to use it as a cooling spray, and it does that because alcohol evaporates quickly. Much faster than perspiration. I spray it on the backs of my knees, under my bosom, on my clothes or in my hair so I can get that cooling effect with minimal skin exposure. It does what I wanted it to do. Periwinkle has no fragrance, so I don't understand the name, unless it refers to the light blue tint. I get a powdery iris with a whiff of juniper, a sort of marine fragrance that is pleasant. The fragrance isn't loud, and has moderate sillage. It takes most of the day for it to fade. My husband likes it, and honestly, I think men can wear it. ... show more

This body spray has a scent that is clean, crisp, feminine, and inoffensive. I would venture to say that it is pleasant enough to wear to the workplace and/or school on a daily basis without coming across as cloying. I definitely would purchase this scent again.
