These absolutely run small. I wear an 8M. I purchased an 8M and my toe is at the end of the shoe. The leather is soft so not uncomfortable and hoping it will stretch so no worries. The insole is very flat so no arch support and very slick so I experience "squeaking" when I walk. I added an arch support which fixed both issues. I will keep and may order another color. They are certainly worth the price. UPDATE: The arch supports had to come out since the top of the shoe/instep is a tight fit. Without them, the shoes are perfect. Cute and comfortable. I have trouble with shoes rubbing my feet raw. Not these! Very soft. A little short but no big deal because they're so soft. You might want to go up a half size.

I teach high school and this is a popular shoe among the staff. These lightweight shoes are great for business casual or every day wear. They are so comfortable and cute (not a fan of the black). The bottoms are silicone or soft rubbery. I never noticed discomfort while standing on my feet all day. Comfortable shoe and well made. They are wide (my feet are wide) and they fit well. They can be worn as a slip on as the back of the shoe is made to wear either way.

Helped soften the dry skin on my feet! They are so soft and stretch nicely. If you have wide feet, do not order a size up, these DO NOT run small and the soft leather will stretch. My feet do not hurt, it's all I wear. I about more after I bought my first pair ( a size up, that was not necessary). My husband couldn't believe how soft they made my feet ( I was wearing flip flops over the summer. The shoes were easy to put on and take off. Material was soft and seemed durable, average comfortable fit and lightweight. No arch support so I couldn’t do a lot of walking in them. Wanted to really like them but ended up giving them away.
