Inspired by the Brazilian volleyball shoes of the 70s, VEJA is reissuing the Volley - its very first model launched in 2005. O.T. leather (Organic Traced leather) comes from farms in Uruguay 100% organic certified. This type of leather undergoes a mechanical beating process that makes it fine and bendable. Tanned in Brazil, it uses less dyes than our conventional leather. VEJA sources O.T. leather from the Uruguayan Pampa, a region renowned for the quality of its leather and livestock farming.

These shoes are super cute. When I 1st looked at reviews, the pics didn’t do justice to these so I passed on buying them. Then my coworker wore hers to work and I was sold. Purchased them shortly after. I normally wear 6.5 in most shoes, so I purchased size 6 in these and they fit perfectly. Next size up would have definitely been too big for me. One con for these shoes is that there isn’t a lot of cushion inside so not sure if these would be ideal for all day comfort. I love these shoes!! They fit a little small for me so I had to order a 1/2 size down but thankfully Amazon has amazing return policies, I was able to order the next size immediately and finish the return later. I wore them when I flew from Florida to California and they were very comfortable.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: i wanted this style shoe. it have free reurns so why not. its comfortable. i got the velco veja once and those took a few days to break in, but right when i put these on they were comfortable. very stylish

I remember when I went to New York a couple summers ago and everyone was wearing Vejas! I had never seen this brand until I was in New York. So when I got home, I did a bunch of research and I got my first pair and loved them. Then I got these from Amazon a few months later and I still wear them pretty frequently to this day. I wear them like every week. They’re very versatile and go with anything. I love this brand and these shoes are pretty comfortable. They are a little pricey for some people‘s taste, but well worth the investment in my opinion. This brand and adidas sambas are probably my two favorites. The shoes were cute, but the European sizing didn’t work for me. Maybe they run small? Jusr wish they had 1/2 sizes. Sadly had to return them.
