I want to preface this review by stating I only leave reviews for products for 1 of 2 reasons...either the product quality or seller's customer service are so deplorable I feel compelled to help warn other potential customers, or the product quality and/or seller's customer service are so excellent, they deserve my review...this review is of the latter description. I purchased this set to organize my vinyl records collection alphabetically by first letter of artist last name/band's name. My actually opening the product was delayed, as said project had to be figured around my full-time design program I'm a student in. That said, I finally opened it within 3 days of my 30-day return date for Amazon, to discover the set had 2 "W"s rather than an "M" & "W". Upon attempting to start a return, Amazon suggested contacting the seller first, which concerned me (this was on a Friday and, as prior stated, I only had 3 days to start my return). Nonetheless, I emailed the seller, including images of the product I received with screenshots of my order including order # & product name, and attached a couple pictures taken, showing the full set, with no "M" & 2 "W"s. I also stated that I was requesting either a single "M" divider or full replacement set be mailed to me, free of charge (this was their set having the error), and if replacement set was mailed, I offered returning the original set to Amazon. Well, lo & behold, not even 5 minutes later I get a reply email, and this seller/company proceeded to mail me (OVERNIGHT) a replacement set, which arrived that Sunday. This set included all letters A-Z as would be expected, and having arrived on Sunday, I didn't have to worry about missing the return date with Amazon Prime policy. The quality of these lettered dividers is very good, and the size is PURRFECT for dividing full-size 33" vinyl records. As my pictures show, the front side is a beautiful glossy black, whilst the rear side has lines like college notebook paper, for listing notes on artists, albums, genres, etc in that section. I cannot recommend this seller enough!! THIS is what excellent customer service is meant to be like, I will definitely order more products based on their product quality, honesty & customer service again!! Ok, these are very simple, basic even, dividers that I purchased to help cut down on all the space that my DVD/BluRay collection was taking up. These, combined with the CaseLogic ProSleeve pages helped me eliminate several book cases worth of movies and consolidate them into about 6 shoeboxed size decorative boxes. I couldn't be happier! They are thin, probably some sort of coated card stock. But they may as well be custom made to help me keep my movie collection alphabetized in the new system I'm employing. I noticed that some reviewers previously complained that they arrived melted/stuck together and could not be separated. I'm quite sure that would be extremely frustrating, that was not my experience however as none of them were even remotely stuck together. I did order in December... perhaps summer shipments may be more prone to this issue?? Can't say for sure. At the end of the day, a $3 add-on item that allows me to save tons of space and keep my movies organized is a big win in my book. In fact, I think I will be ordering a second set so that we can maintain two collections with movies for adults in one section and the family/children movies in another. I highly recommend these if you are using the CaseLogic ProSleeve's. They work together quite well. purchased these to separate my Vinyl collection by Artist, the dividers will work but I was hoping they were a little thicker and more robust, my biggest complaint is that they are not quite tall enough to see the letters above my Vinyl albums well, I measured the albums and thought they would be adequate, they would be much better if they were an 1/8" or so taller. for the money they are ok. I probably would have bought something else had I known.

I bought these dividers to use with a "Snap & Store" box for storage of plastic sleeved CD copies. I copy all of our CDs so my wife doesn't bring the originals into her car (where they end up staying all too often). I was concerned with some negative reviews about the dividers sticking, but for less than $4 I figured I'd give 'em a try. My package contained more than 26 dividers: there was one for A thru' Z, and another seven individually labelled Backup, Data, Games, Music, Programs, Photos and Video. I think I will find a couple of these useful. When the package arrived, the dividers were indeed stuck to each other. But the package had been left outside in the 10-degree air, so they were very cold when I opened them. Each divider pulled away from the next without any tearing or shredding of the high gloss coating each has. In hot, humid weather, tho', I can see how they could adhere to each other or get "sticky". In this case, perhaps placing them for 30 minutes in the freezer might be worth a try before opening the package to minimize the likelihood of this happening. That said, these are made of heavy-stock cardboard with a high-gloss black coating. They are 5" wide and (including the tab) 5 3/4" high. For the occasional use for which these are intended, I'm sure they will hold up fine for a long while. However, if these are going to be placed where they will be thumbed through on a daily basis, I believe the tabs will bend & shred sooner than later. For heavy or daily use, I would try to find a similar product made from plastic. In the end, I feel I've gotten my money's worth and will simply replace them when they get too worn. Certainly worth the $4 I paid for them.
