I do not think this is the right place for this but Amazon keeps looping me back to a review so I guess I right this here & hopefully get a reply back on how to return. I purchased these as a gift for my mom but unfortunately the shoes where too tight. I created a return label so she could return them as we do not live in the same state but she was not able to do so with the first label so I thought no problem I will set up another one. Come to find out that you need to cancel the first return in order for to make a new one. Again, no problem seemed straight forward enough & thats where the issue comes in. Once I canceled the return Amazon disabled the ability to create any new returns. I have been trying for a few days now going thru different links but always get dumped back to writing a review. I hope this review gets to the right people that can help me & does not sway anyone from not ordering these shoes. Just make sure you know your size lol. ... show more

This is the worst thing I have ever bought on Amazon. Never put in the specs that the sizes were in UK. Also shipped from UK so took a long time. Now they don’t fit I have to pay shipping to the UK. Very unhappy!
