I ordered an 8.5 and they were too big. They are also very wide in the toe box. The look of them is great. And the comfort is traditional Vans. Just a little chucky for me, I don't remember them being this chunky, I ma use to the Rata Lo.

    • Great shoes, but need to be broken in
These are more like women's shoes in that the canvas is thinner and you don't get the padding in the back of the ankle which WILL absolutely kill after a full days wear until you break them in. Maybe make sure to wear higher socks under your jeans in you are someone that usually wears super low ankle socks the first couple times you spend all day wearing these. I'm an 8.5 in women and they fit comfortably. Not snug, maybe a little loose because the type of shoe. An 8 would have eenn to tight.
