Grippy and snug for skating plus high top helps protect and support my ankle. I find my foot really sticks to the board. Walking around in these, I find my feet feeling they need some heel support or arch support. I got them specifically for long boarding and I could not be more pleased with how they work for me for this purpose. I can certainly walk in them too but would not want to say, go on hike or long walk in these, but could go shopping or on a shorter excursion. They are next to my front door and I can slap em on and go for a quick ride out in the street easily or go find a parking lot to skate in. I’ve heard people get insole supports but don’t know if the super good fit I have now for skating would be compromised with that. ... show more
