I know the black and white checkerboards are all the rage now, so this is nice if you don't want to look like everyone and don't want plain black or grey. Didn't cut at the ankles and was comfortable from first wear. I usually wear an 11.5, but 12s were comfortable enough.

I give a lot of slack to products. However, after spending $70+ dollars on a pair of Vans, I want to let people know my sons' seams split after two months. I have purchased many pair of Vans in the past and never had this issue. I won't ever purchase Vans again-

A little snug for a size 12. Fortunately not snug enough to be a problem, but definitely a bit smaller than perhaps they should be. I've been buying size 12 shoes, including many many Vans slip ons, for over 30 years. First pair of 12's that felt snug.

I had to send these back as they were too tight. I normally wear a 12 and these were way to small. I did return them without any problems.
