Exactly as pictured and described. I'm a women's 8 and they fit perfectly. The classic black and white is my favorite style and these are not different from the adult sizes which sometimes can happen. Definitely worth the $40 bucks! I'm old so comfort wise, theyre definitely lacking some cushion in the soles but it's easily fixed with some inserts. I've been wearing them daily since I purchased and the only visble signs of wear and tear are the laces getting dingy. Id say they're pretty durable in terms of daily wear and tear.
