These are awful! No matter what kind of socks you wear with them, thin, thick, long, short, ankle…..no matter what, you’ll be left with blisters on the back of your heels from your foot rubbing against the back inside heel part. I bought, what I thought to be basically the same platform vans (without the white line on them) I bought last summer & those are SO comfortable…however, these are NOT the same. I wore this for all of 2 hours today & I ended up having to push the heel down & just walk in the shoes as a slip on because I was still out running errands. It was awful. I even had an extra pair of socks in my car, so I tried doubling up & it made no difference. The damage was already done. Two blisters on my heels. And I am MAD! Upon further investigation, I found these exact shoes but with a different description. Which are cheaper not by much, but still) & in the description says, it has padding on the back heel & tongue. And when I went back to look at the ones I bought back in summer of 2025, lo & behold…same description-cushion heel & tongue. So, I bought those. We shall see if I’m right about them & they are just as comfortable as my other pair. Don’t buy these unless you like blisters on your heels! Included is a picture of both my platform vans clearly showing the “cushion” in the pair I bought last summer. While these shoes show no cushioning. ... show more
