Style is pretty cool but they definitely are not chunky or retro as they claim. Pretty normal fit Vans, could use better cushion footbed like a skate pro. Overall a nice style but nothing really like the old school models of years past. They are typical vans, so if you like the style I’d get them.

1st day I wore these at work and got a compliment from a lady friend off the bat. I would by these again just to have a 2nd pair as a backup. One of the most BEST-LOOKING pairs of Vans I've ever owned!!!!! The color is an absolute match to several things in my wardrobe. Comfort is a little disappointing because of Pinky Toe fatigue after wearing them all day, they rub my pinky toe. One weakness though is when you wear them with a DARK PAIR of blue jeans (especially a new pair) ......be careful of jean dye transfer. They're a very durable shoe with great material thickness.
