Very comfortable! I size up 1/2 size when I buy high tops from vans. They fit as I expected. I work EMS and wear these in place of traditional boots. I’ve not tried them in winter/snow yet but so far they’ve been great. Great traction loving the nonslip.

They provide regular arch support and are an easy fit for my wide feet. I haven't owned a pair of Vans in years, but man are these incredible! I'm 6'2" and wear a 13. They fit absolutely perfect and are not only comfortable but look even better than pictured. The color so nice and the materials all bring the shoe together well. I rushed to get these in order to attend my motorcycle endorsement class (need shoes that cover the ankles) but now I kinda want to purchase the black pair for riding and keep these as a more casual shoe. If you're thinking about getting them, go for it. They're well worth the money! I did grab some nicer laces (Stepace Round Shoelaces in Dots Black and White) just because I know the white ones will be gross in a matter of weeks. ... show more

I like this type of Van's shoes. Fits true to size ,not really bulky and the bottoms are kinda rugged. My only gripe is that the insoles don't detach so that means really no comfort or cushion in the shoes. I also like the padded collars around the rear foot area . Don't know if these are good for weather but I'll give them a try when that time comes. ... show more

    • Metal hooks on top terrible, shoes also fall apart quickly

It was a cool looking shoe, but honestly the shoelace situation is -1 star at least. Your shoelaces will literally snag and trip you while walking if your walk style is close together at all. The shoe literally has a stupid metal hook on the top instead of a typical hole for the top lace location. It made me trip +10 times until the point where my lace tore into pieces. Of course this did not help my 3 week vacation in Japan. Not just the shoelace, but eventually within like 2 weeks my shoe itself split apart. The shoes are un-useable after 3 weeks. I would typically ignore reviews like this but seriously these are annoying AND low quality. ... show more
