These shoes are awesome! Fit good, look good and sturdy as can be! I haven't timed myself in the 40 with them yet, or tested my vert, so i can't give you the deets on that.... however i love these and you will too :-)

The sizes run at least one number smaller. My kid is size 4. I ordered size 5 and she couldn't even fit her toes. These shoes are horribly sized. At good one and a half size smaller.

My son has been wanting these Vans in the Chili Pepper color for a long time and he got them for Christmas and loves them. I don't believe Vans are known for their arch support, but my 15 year old son doesn't care. He just loves them.

    • You dug them in the ‘80s, but if you’re an old dude now not *quite* as comfy
They’re fine; sent ‘em back because too red, went with the burgundy. They size a little big. When I was like 15 they felt fine. Now with old dude feet they’re OK but not as comfortable as like, normal running shoes.
