I was looking to add more storage to my tint bathroom, and so a cabinet for over the toilet was my first plan of attack. This cabinet is large, has a semi open niche (protected from hella dust), and the doors match the style of my builders vanity, so i went with it. Assembly: It was VERY easy to assemble. Some things you get off amazon are a nightmare, this was thankfully pretty quick and sturdy. It came with all the hardware I needed, and the only assembly tool was a Philips Head screwdriver, and the different pieces were labeled well. Mounting: THE WALL ANCHORS INCLUDED ARE TRASH. Thank you for attending my TED talk. The cleat for mounting is about a foot long, so while i couldnt get it mounted in 2 studs, i mounted one side in a stud and used a toggle bolt for the other side. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a toggle bolt for something this heavy, and having one end directly in a stud. The french cleat mount meant i could slide the cabinet a bit to center it above the toilet, but with some lifting. That isnt gonna move at all with everyday use. I also like that i can take it down and put it back up easily. Smell: I didnt notice any weird smells on mine, tho it did sit in my hallway for about a week before i got around to assembling it. I used some stick and peel tile to dress up mine, and ill also add some hardware to make it look more bespoke, but overall im super thrilled with it. Would recommend.

It is truly Navy blue. Finish was perfect. Easy to assemble. Supplied drywall anchor was huge, needed the largest drill bit I had and the screws for the hanging bar were a weird style head. Took longer to hang than to assemble. Did like the hanging bar design however.

I purchased this as a gift for my wife for mother's day. Because it was a surprise and I had a clear time frame, I did not have the luxury of airing it out. And boy was it smelly! It has been several days since I installed it, and I have left the doors open with a bathroom fan on, and I can still smell the paint if I go close to it. The packaging of the cabinet was well done (see picture). None of the pieces were damaged or scratched. The wood of the frame of the cabinet is solid and everything seemed straight. The back panels are thinner, 1/8 material, but that is to be expected. The paint seems to be good quality and durable. The hardware is also of good quality, and the door hinges are adjustable, which is a huge plus. The installation was easy for me, but I have experience in carpentry. It took me about 30 minutes to put it all together, and then additional time to mount. The instructions were mostly clear and easy to follow, though some of the hardware appears upside down in the instructions, so I took a picture to show what the pegs are supposed to look like once installed. The only thing I don't like about this cabinet was the mounting system. It came with a painted piece of wood that was cut at a 45 degree angle and the cabinet has a piece on the back that also has a 45 degree angle, and the cabinet is supposed to rest on top of it. The only problem is the piece of wood that you are supposed to attach to the wall is not long enough to hit more than 1 wall stud (It is like 15 inches or so). It comes pre-drilled for the sheet rock anchors, but the cabinet is reasonably heavy, and I don't want to have to worry about it falling or getting pulled down. So I elected to not use their mounting system, and instead I drilled two holes in the top plate of the cabinet and used 2.5 inch heavy duty screws and screwed into 2 studs. This thing will not be going anywhere! I love the look of the cabinet and the storage space it will provide above the toilet. See picture of installed final product. Overall, I am pleased with the cabinet itself, but for the price, they really should have included a longer board for the mounting system, and they should air out their pieces for a few days before packaging them.

I don’t write reviews very often, but felt this was a product to recognize. First off, set aside an hour to assemble it, it will take some time. On the other hand, I was impressed in the build quality and it’s very sturdy and heavy once assembled. The beveled wall mount makes mounting it very easy and the finish looks great. I ordered a couple of satin brass pull knobs to finish it off.

If this is your general price range for a nice storage cabinet, it is a great little unit! Yes, it needs assembly - but it was certainly worth it to me. Assembled, it would probably have been $100 more. I’m a small, 73 year old woman, and if I can do it - you can do it. I recommend working on a large, flat surface like dining room table. Get a magnifying glass - like somebody mentioned, these are TINY letters. Turn off the tv and focus. Lay everything out on the table, turn the markings toward you, in order. Put hardware into bowls so you don’t spill them. Read…read all the instructions first. Understand where the wooden pegs go vs the metal bolts. This is a cool, sturdy piece, it is worth your time. I had a friend recess it for me so it only comes out about 3 1/2” into the room, but the shelves are still a generous 6”; bottom shelf (open) 7”. Oh, yes, the interior shelf is adjustable; and the doors were a little hard to adjust so I will get my brother to help me with that - but the soft close hinges are nice. I am extremely happy with it!

This was the second one I’ve bought. A solid build and the self closing doors are a nice touch. I’d recommend this one to anybody. Easy to put together and hang on the wall by yourself. One thing I’d recommend, like someone recommended to me in a previous comment, is to cut the board you mount on the wall about 1” off the ends and then cut it in half. This will allow you to screw both of the bolts directly into studs traditionally spaced 16” apart. I feel so much better knowing I never have to worry about something this heavy only being held up by 1 or 2 drywall anchors over the top of a toilet.
